Shereen is really friendly doctor. Her and her staff make you feel like family and they definitely care about you. She delivered my 2nd baby and because of her toughness I became a stronger mother physically and emotionally. I love that she looks at things differently than other obgyn

wait was a little long but only because my paperwork was wrong! be sure to double check zocdoc. also had to handle insurance stuff but the staff was incredible & very warm/friendly. & Dr. Beverly made me feel very welcome & comfortable.

Dr. Beverly shows she genuinely cares about her patients and answers any questions you may have. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The one major downside is the wait. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be taken into the exam room.

Arrived early. Called to the back at scheduled appointment time. Waited for the doctor 30 minutes in the room after being told to "undress and she'll be right in". Specifically scheduled the appointment for an ultrasound and was told I have to reschedule for next week, however one of the nurses explained the miscommunication and was apologetic which I really appreciated.

She is the most attentive and kind hearted woman who is very thorough when it comes to ensuring that everything is well taken care of. I drove 2 hours just to make her appointments and I highly recommend her. She is very busy so do be aware that you may want to schedule your appointments at the earliest time to ensure that you will be seen first because you may be waiting at least an hour before she arrives if she is delivering at the hospital.

Although the office itself could use some TLC, the staff was amazing. Receptionists were very pleasant and friendly. I was having some issues with my new insurance coverage and one of the receptionists was so helpful by answering all my questions in a pleasing manner. The nurse that drew my blood was able to draw blood without having to stick me more than once (which usually happens to me all the time) so that was great. Dr.Beverly was awesome. She walked right in and was pleasant from the start. She kept checking to see if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on and why certain things had to be done. My husband was with me and also thought she was great.

I haven't even seen the doctor yet, as I'm still in the waiting room almost three hours later. The staff is friendly, but they are way too overbooked. The small (and I mean small) waiting room had no room for me when I arrived. I had to wait outside. I was told to arrive at 6:15 for my 6:30 appointment, to sign papers, when they didn't even have me fill out papers until 7:45. It's now 8:30 and there's four other women in here waiting to be see which is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I hope she's at least nice to make up for it.

The wait took about a hour and half and I will not be going back here. Doctor Shereen was very knowledgeable but I felt pushed out of her office. I wanted to review birth control options and she just handed me a brochure. I can easily just go on google and get the same information.... I wanted different information from her but just decided to get my prescription from her and leave since I spent so much time waiting to even get to the office.
My bill was not mailed out for weeks so I didn't know how much I owed and by the time I got it, I owed money in like 5 days! The office also kept sending me bills after I already paid. I received 3 additional bills (the same amount/all the same) after I paid my bill. I tried calling and emailing and I received an email reply after 6 days which is incredibly slow for a doctors office.
Additionally, the office was set up really weird and looked outdated/old and a little dirty. It looks nothing like the photos on the internet.

It was a good visit. I had high anxiety going in, but Dr Beverly made it fast and comfortable. Easy to talk to, she listened and asked if i had any questions.

I had some insurance issues and the office isn't that big, so really, the wait was understandable.
I will definitely be making Dr. Beverly the doctor I see for ob/gyn. Due to a significant decrease in income, I am unfortunately using the medi-cal health net route. It took me a long while to find a doctor that was not terrible and Dr. Beverly and her staff were helpful, patient, and answered any questions and made sure they were thorough.
I recommend Dr. Beverly and her office to anyone that is in need of an ob/gyn.

I had a wonderful experience during this visit. It was my first time going to an OB/GYN and all employees that I interacted with put me at ease. Although the wait time is a little long, it was understandable. This place was very busy and isn't the largest office. I would highly recommend my doctor.

I will start off by saying I have always had good insurance and a good job. I lost my job along with my insurance. I now have Heath Net/ Medi-Cal for 1yr. I have been sent to many unthinkable Dr.offices, unprofessional and filthy. I was not use to this.I switched so many times and to try and find a decent office with staff that new what they were doing. Instead of popping their bubblgum and talking about what they did on the weekend! My first visit to Dr. Beverly Shereen's office was SO REFRESHING and put me at ease right away. Now remember, I am use to PPO offices, top notch! When I saw the small office and noting it was a little old I was worried that it was going to be just like the rest! The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Beverly Shereen was AWSOME! She didn't rush me, she listened to me and was through. My top of the notch Dr. NEVER gave me the time of day. Cutt me off mid sentence. Just wrote me my perscriptions. So....im happy to say I am pleased with my new Dr.!!!!! :)
