Dr. Carnegie was great but she needs to hire new staff, there was a NP that attended me before Dr. Carnegie she honestly did not know anything she didn't know how to answer my questions, didn't know how to work the computer system they have and didn't know the codes. I had to stop her and go get Dr. to attend me because I felt very uncomfortable with her I don't even know her mane because she didn't even introduce her self. the nurses where nice but also a little unprofessional, I got poked twice and they didn't find my veins they sent me to a lab to get my blood. Dr. is great but needs to train her staff!!
