The test results were questionable because the Flu and everything else came back "negative", and I had the WORST flu I've had in years, so that was very strange.
The provider said they were going to order me a cough "syrup" and then proceeded to forget to put the prescription in, and then when they did the next day, after I reminded them, they had ordered cough "pills". The medicine had scary side effects, so I would absolutely not take it - and all around, I would say I would look for other options next time.

I don’t love it. The only good thing about carbon health is the ease of booking. Still, I booked an appointment for basically right when they opened and they didn’t see me until over an hour later. The PA that saw me was nice but I never saw an actual doctor and they sent me off in 20

Office was very clean and organized. Very respectful and kind staff. They were a very rushed when attending to patients though. But I guess it’s understandable, maybe they were just busy. But overall, great place.

I was seen right away. Acaiee (not sure if that is the right spelling) was super efficient, kind and understanding. Kelly Sharon is such a great provider. She cares and wants to help you feel better. I felt safe and glad that I went for help. They stayed behind for me while they tried to figure out what was wrong. It was a Sunday evening and it was raining and no one made me feel bad that they stayed. I recommend this facility above any other Urgent care facilities I have been to.
