She’s very knowledgeable however, I felt rushed throughout my entire appointment and I left with questions still unanswered. She seems to talk over you a bit. I did ask her to slow down a bit because all the information was a bit overwhelming and she did & I appreciated that. But I don’t know how to follow up, no instructions on how to retrieve my lab results and my prescription still hasn’t been filled.

I hate to have to give this place a bad review because everyone was so nice, but it’s been a very inconvenient how my prescriptions went with the different pharmacies. My wait time was longer than expected, especially since I chose an 8:30 apt before work. Once I saw the doctor I felt rushed. They tried to explain to me what medications I needed and where they were coming from but the whole thing felt rushed! And now I’m trying to figure out where I’m getting what!! From 3 different pharmacies! I was told there would be prescriptions sent to Walgreens and days later I go to Walgreens and they haven’t received anything! It’s a lot more to it but this has been beyond frustrating!

Never in my adult life have I had such a pleasant office staff visit! Also, even though I went in for something else, she inspected everything to make sure there was nothing else on my skin that was suspect. She explained what she was looking for so that I can maintain my own health. She gave me lots of samples to see what would work for my skin, and gave me options if something did not work out with my healthcare coverage. I liked that I was part of the solution and not made to feel powerless in my treatment options.

Great doctor, really seemed like she cared about curing my acne and not prescribing me a bunch of unnecessary medications. She was very thorough and straightforward when discussing my treatment options. I will say her front desk staff needs to work on their professionalism. Would definitely return to Dr. Straugn, just not to her college park location.

The doctor was great.. pleasant & thorough. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled, there was only 1 person waiting when I arrived. However, I was told that there wasn't a sign- in sheet yet. I waited only to be slipped by 2-3 other parents because there was no established order once they began to see patients. After I explained to the nurse, (the lady that took my paperwork and took me to my exam room) she apologized, but I was definitely frustrated by the process.
