Great knowledgeable doctor. However, I waited over 1 hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Not sure what the whole point of making an appointment is for.

First time visit at the flushing office and I was expecting to have a good experience considering all the nice reviews about the provider on this site. I should have seen the red flag when their form asked for your socialsecurity number and a mandatory credit card number. When I completed the information and handed it to the woman at the desk said that I would have to pay a fee in case my health insurance denies payment or if I have to pay a deductible. She said that this is their policy. The next business day I called my insurance and they told me that they are in-network and I am only responsible for a co-pay. My insurance placed a call to them right away. They told my insurance that I had the option to deny the fee which was not true. I was never given an option. Now I have to wait until they reimburse me. This will be my last visit to this provider. They do not trust their patients.

Office has about an hr wait time. Still had to wait about 10mins for Sherry to return (presumably from finishing up on her last client). Bedside could also improve a little: she began the meeting with a steady roll of questions, followed by a lecture on how hair works and then a referal to get a blood test. In the end she got up and walked to the door to show us out, little time for questions. All in 15mins. I'm not sure how that adds up to an hour wait time.

This doctor is unique. She won’t just push medications on you without knowing the whole story. Some MD’s immediately prescribe antibiotics and send you on your way. Dr.Sherry isn’t like that. Sure she’ll prescribe, but not until hearing what you have to say and taking into consideration your history.

There was no follow up for an biopsy performed. I had to call multiple time to find out the results. Instructions were not clear, long wait to reschedule a follow up appointment, as a result I was left with a permanent scar on my face.

Dr. Sherry Li is very knowledgeable and a great dermatologist. Today was my first time there so I'm not sure if that was a normal wait time but I did wait quite a while. Over an hour. She was worth thewait but just know if you make an appointment here you probably don't want to have any time constraints.

Sherry was excellent. She was kind and patient; explained everything to me and answered my questions and concerns. Although Sherry was awesome, her receptionist was a bit rude. She barely looked up from her computer and made it feel like Iwas just annoying her when I asked her questions. Other than that, everything was great!

She’s probably one of the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen, and doctor in general. Very informative and patient. Took her time explaining my conditions and how to remedy it. I’ve never really had a doctor who asked me “anything else?”. It’s refreshing to not feel like I’m being rushed.

Dr Sherry Li seems like a knowledgeable dermatologist, and was professional when she saw me. However, when arriving for my appointment, I was made to wait 30 minutes so she and her assistants can take a shipment of medical supplies. Inaddition, her office tried to bill me for services not rendered during the visit and I had to get my medical insurance to step in. In summary, how severe can a treatment be to bill me for "emergency" surgical services if I was made to wait almost an hour before seeing the doctor? Especially when it was over a small cut on the finger, that i asked for a band-aid for.

I was a first time patient with a first time face skin discoloration/itchy dry patches, that abruptly occurred. Naturally I first went to the internet to try and understand my condition. I read many things and even received a cream tohelp with the dry itchy spots recommended online. At the end of it I was getting better but to ensure it wouldn't happen again and to even know exactly why, I made an appointment with DR. Li. She was very kind and professional. The wait was under and hour but closer to the hour past my appointment time, to be expected at any doctors office I suppose. To be very blunt I left my appointment very unhappy. Nothing was tested even though I brought pictures of the worst of my condition. The answers to all my questions felt like they were read to me off webMD. Typical, common sense answers. My co-pay is pretty high and I left knowing everything I already knew. My visit was a waste of time.
