She is very nice and educated me about what was occurring with my feet however, three things: location is very far from metro north station, the receptionist didn’t gather my information privately, although I was the only one there at that moment, she was asking me questions from her work area, I did not realize that the person who took me in the exam room was the actual doctor. She didn’t even introduce herself when I went into the exam room. Which also made me question why the long wait if she was already there. I thought the person in the exam room was a Nurse until I read her scrubs. Not impressed and won’t return.

Dr. Ransom was prompt, professional, provided me with information about how my injury occurred, how to prevent it and what type of footwear I should be buying to keep myself from getting hurt again. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sherry Ransom has an excellent bedside manner everytime I came to see her during my doctor's appt. She is very polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable in her field. I will recommend her for foot care.

Dr. Ransom found and cured problem caused by another DPM. Prior DPM did not catch the issue. Dr. Ransom diagnosed precisely and treatment cured issue immediately.
