“The doctor is wonderful, but the customer service is awful. They sent my prescription to their partner pharmacy, where everything is extremely expensive and very far away. I went three weeks without my medication and watched my condition worsen. I called several times, left messages, asking them to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy, and they never did. I'm fed up after three weeks of trying and I'm going to cancel my follow-up appointment (which was supposed to be after a month of using the medication) and look for another professional. Warning: it doesn't matter if the doctor is wonderful and the staff are awful and irresponsible. My condition worsened.”

I booked an appointment the day before to schedule an appointment with the podiatrist, Ms. Asimina. I called the receptionist and I was told my insurance was accepted. When I got to the doctor’s office, I was told the day of the appointment that they didn’t accept my insurance and I wasn’t able to see the podiatrist.
