I arrived on time in the morning and waited for over an hour and a half. The front desk attendant was called in to act as a tech and did not know how to properly handle the procedure. The office then lost the lab results and made me come back in a second time (and tried to charge me a co-pay again). I had to wait over an hour for the second visit too. Additionally, they did not enter my insurance information correctly and I began receiving bills from the lab.

The doctor herself was nice but apologized excessively anytime she touched me which made me feel like she wasn't confident as a gyno exam isn't exactly hands off. My breast exam was done with my bra still covering my breasts and it was a padded cup so I'm not sure how she was able to feel for lumps at all, I feel like I should schedule another appointment because feel like it wasn't thorough enough. Furthermore, I was the only patient in the office and my appointment took a full hour in which I saw the doctor for a total of ten minutes, maximum. Was really hoping to find my new ob-gyn but she's not the one for me.
