Place was nice and clean, easy to find. However my overall experience was not great. I came 15 minutes early to my appointment and then was still not seen for 2 hours after. I understand things come up within the office and things happen, however sitting in a room alone for over an hour with no notification of why there was such a long wait didn't sit well with me. Doctor was very thorough and I appreciated that. Just needs better communication within the office.

I am writing this review because I am deeply distraught by the treatment I received from this provider. After a positive experience with a previous doctor, I came here seeking a second opinion, hoping for the same level of care and professional guidance. Instead, I left feeling emotionally scarred and completely dismissed.
When I shared my very real health concerns and the impact they’ve had on my life, the provider’s response was, 'It sounds like you just hate your 30s.' To have my vulnerability met with such a lack of empathy and a blatant disregard for my feelings was devastating.
A doctor’s role is to provide care and support, but I was treated with a coldness that felt like a personal attack on my character rather than a medical consultation. This experience has been deeply upsetting and has significantly damaged my trust in finding compassionate care. If you are looking for a doctor who treats you like a human being with valid feelings, please look elsewhere."

I got an appointment with Dr. Campeas same day for an emergent consult. She was extremely knowledgeable and had wonderful bedside manner. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and was seen at the exact start of my appointment time which I feel like is unheard of and I saw the MD immediately after the nurse. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Campeas!

The wait time was extremely long. My name was called an hour after my original appointment time. While my experience with the actual doctor was great (she was patient with me, listened, and and provided clear answers), the long wait time makes me hesitant on coming back to this office.

Went there for an annual. Staff were very nice. Nice and calm background noise in the exam room. Dr. Campeas was very nice, communicative, and asked the right questions. I would say from my experience it is modern. I’ve went to other practices in the past and there was a huge difference in treatment. When you go there, please be nice and respectful! Everyone is doing their best to provide all of us an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend for an annual/exam.

I was very anxious before stepping inside the office but as soon as I did, I was welcomed in instantly like family with smiles from the beautiful women behind the front desk. The office itself is adorable and you can tell it’s cleanliness is top priority. When I was called in to meet with Dr. Campeas the “wait” was not long at all, and going over pretty much all the concerns I had were most definitely heard by her and I was given many options in the end. I already have been telling some friends about this office as I see it’s one I want to remain with myself.

I had an excellent experience at this practice. I needed help with perimenopausal symptoms. An office assistant had called me 3 days prior to confirm my appointment and make sure I was aware that my insurance would not cover both a consultation appointment and an Annual Checkup on the same day. I thought it was very considerate of her to inform me ahead of time. So, my first visit was to discuss my perimenopause symptoms and relief options. I found Dr. Campeas to be an excellent listener and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She really took her time explaining things and answering my questions completely. At the end of the appointment, I felt a weight lifted off of me because she cared about me and she made me feel very positive about medication she prescribed. I am hopeful it works well. But if it doesn’t, I believe she will have some other ideas. On my way out, I made my annual appointment with her. I’m also going to bring my daughters to Dr. Campeas because I trust her very much.

I felt completely dismissed during my visit. I came in with valid concerns and was met with personal opinions instead of medical reasoning. She minimized my symptoms and made me feel like I was overreacting, rather than listening or offering real support. I left feeling gaslit, not helped. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken seriously as a patient.

The staff there were friendly upon arrival, but overall I didn’t have a great experience. I’m sure the doctor is very nice, but I spoke to people at the desk multiple times and it seems like there was a major lack of communication. I got all the way there (over an hour away) just to be told at the desk that I’d have to pay a very expensive fee on the spot to be seen, just to not continue being a client with them for being over a certain amount of weeks. She said someone was supposed to either email me or call me to tell me and neither one happened. The person who was trying to help me was very nice but I’m very unhappy that my time was wasted. Today alone I received 2 calls about changing my appointment time due to a storm, and that was about the 5th call I received all week. Just overall not great communication which I find very important personally.
