She graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from The George Washington University Medical School in 1996. Dr. Rose completed her residency in Ophthalmology, also at GWU, where she was Chief Resident.
Dr. Rose has been in private practice since 2000. She joined Eye Associates in 2006. Her interests include the medical treatment of eye diseases, dry eyes and contact lenses. She is on the medical staff at Sibley Memorial Hospital and is involved with graduate medical education at GWU, her alma mater.
Dr. Rose resides in Maryland with her husband and two sons.

She and her staff were extremely professional and I was seen almost immediately. No long waits in the waiting area nor in the back room. She asked questiions and gave great advice on my condition and the side efffects and what to watch for.

I needed a new prescription for progressive lenses. I have significant astigmatism in both eyes and aging is causing shifts in eyesight. She did a great job of tweaking the prescription to address near, mid and long distance problems. Tough job - excellent outcome!!!

I went for a contact check and had an all-around great experience. Easy to park, pleasant waiting room, just a few minutes of wait time and an excellent technician. Dr Rose was easy to talk to, straightforward and efficient. I highly recommend her!

Dr Rose is an outstanding eye doctor. Another doctor in the past recommended laser surgery for my eyes. Dr Rose explained why it was not indicated and saved me from an unnecessary expensive procedure. Her clinical judgement and bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced from any doctor I've visited.

Definitely wasn't a doctor & patient experience. I felt super rushed through and not heard, as she was cutting me off each time I spoke. I felt I was there to fill a quota. Her assistant on the other hand was very professional, listened when I spoke, and asked questions. I wish she was my doctor.
