Very professional and explained all procedures thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her during my consultation, which is rare for me.

Dr. Sayana was attentive and thorough. The low scores are for her staff. The receptionist did not acknowledge me when I stood at her desk (upon arriving or exiting), she wasn't on the phone or helping anyone else at the time. Dr. Sayana's assistants (or nurses?) never made eye contact or introduced themselves. While they were asking me personal/vulnerable information about my health history, other staff was interrupting us, walking in and out out the room asking questions to the assistant/nurse. Dr. Sayana wanted blood drawn, and the technicians in her office were unable to draw blood from either arm, which was painful and frustrating. I understand that sometimes that happens, but their bedside manner and lack of compassion or explanation about what was going on was atrocious. Thankfully Dr. Sayana was competent and professional, but her staff made the visit unsatisfactory.

Dr. Sayana is amazing. She understood what I was going through and offered many different options as to what kind of treatment I wanted. She got me in right away for a blood test, too! They do them in-house, so I was thrilled not to go to another hospital/office for the test.

Of all the symptoms I bombarded her with, Dr. Sayana regard each of them as a puzzle. I was thankful that she used the words "let's find out the cause" instead of treating only symptoms. I have good feelings about my outcome and I'm lucky to have her on my health team!

Dr. Shilpa is lovely. She is very knowledgable. She is thorough. She asks many questions about your health and actually listen to your answers. She doesn't try to pump you full of meds to "fix" your problems. She very obviously care about her patients. I highly recommend her.

My visit was incredible. The staff was very friendly. I can not express enough how comfortable I felt from the moment I sat down with Dr. Sayana. She asked me great questions and took the time to listen. She was very thorough. I never felt rush or forgotten. I could never find enough kind words to say about the experience. The world is a better healthier place with Dr. Sayana in it.

Dr. Sayana is amazing!! She listened to my questions and gave thorough but concise answers. I have had negative experiences with doctors who only want to write a quick Rx and get patients through the system. Dr. Sayana was nothing like this. I appreciate her heartfelt way of tending to each and every patient. I left with a plan to get myself back to health and I feel much more educated and empowered to do so now. Thank you Dr. Sayana!!
