The wait time was about an hour and 15 minutes. Half of the front desk staff was on task, the other half were busy being rude to clients and chiming into clients' conversations. They called clients who questioned the excessive wait time, "rude." Meanwhile, they had a very insightful conversation about how "all Asian YouTube girls or whatever look exactly the same." Which is unprofessional, ignorant, and racist. Dr. Weider is great, but some of the front desk staff needs a training on professional etiquette. They lack tact and decorum.

Very nice office staff. Had to wait a very long time because, I was told, the computer systems were down. No warning when I checked in, though, or I would have considered rescheduling.
Dr. Wieder is very clear, to the point, and effective.

She's good at giving recommendations. However when u question her recommendations she will display rude behavior. I personally felt like my overall experience was a waste of time. I will not be going back.

The visit and staff are great and very informative but the only problem i had was with this app zocdoc let me fill out all the paperwork on the app but never actually sends the documents to the doctors office when i got to my appointment i had to fill all the paperwork all over again which is misleading and time consuming to the patient this problem must be fixed

From beginning to end the office staff and Dr Shira were amazingly professional, attentive, patient and totally doing 150% to make the process as smooth as possible. Office is clean and following all protocols/measures to keep us safe and free from infection. Dr Shira answered all my questions with confidence and support, great guidance. Wonderful bedside manner. Will be back next lo the for follow up. Highly recommend. Alex and Cari are awesome.

My visit with Shira Wieder, MD, was a pleasant experience. The staff in the office was more than polite when assisting me and Doctor Wieder had great bedside manner. She was happy to hearing about my history, skin concerns, and skincare goals that I hope to achieve with her help. She was very helpful in deciphering whether or not the products I am currently using are beneficial to me and prescribing topical and oral medications that fit my needs. The discrepancies I encountered were that the office was very small and the space did not allow the amount of patients coming into the office to seat themselves or comfortably stand in the waiting area and my appointment started about 45 minutes later than scheduled. Overall it was a good experience and I hope Dr. Wieder will be able to get my skin in a better condition.

What a wonderful experience! From the office staff to the doctor herself, everyone treated me promptly and they were all so lovely! The doctor took her time to explain my diagnosis and treatment, as well as possible next steps. She also answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all, they all made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Wieder was very attentive and thorough, and she called me twice to personally tell me my biopsy results. She spent sufficient time discussing my concerns and I never felt like the appointment was rushed. Will be going to her from now on. The only downside was the wait time, but they were also following disinfecting procedures for COVID so I'm happy to wait longer to make sure everything is done safely.
