Shireesh was personable and patient. He listened and understood my problems, and did his best to treat my symptoms. I was having some shoulder and neck problem, and he work on the alignment and provide relief as needed. I'd recommend Shireesh for muscle tension and relief.

I have found my treatment/s to be informative and helpful. The doctors start the visits with a brief check--how are you doing physically since your last visit, what is still causing issues that need to be addressed/treated currently, and the like. The discussion guides the day's treatment, and follow up plans are discussed thoroughly.

Dr. Shireesh Bhalerao, in his 13 years of practice experience, uses an evidence-based philosophy to guide a broad scope of practice. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Western States (www.uws.edu) teaching chiropractic and clinical science. Dr. Bhalerao is also a board certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP?). Additionally, with medical physicians as classmates, Dr. Bhalerao recently completed his Masters of Clinical Research degree at Oregon Health and Science University. In this light, he has an interest in fostering an integrative approach to the management of injuries of the spine and extremities using a functional restorative approach. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I felt safe and comfortable with Shireesh. He throughly listened to my health background and gave a confident diagnosis and treatment plan. His use of massage before adjustment was a perfect combination.

Great "bedside" manner, & has been a wonderful resource for me, prior to an orthopedic surgical procedure. He is my trusted physician. I have & will continue to recommend Dr. Shireesh & his whole practice to any others needing his care & services.

It was a very worthwhile visit. Shireesh is steady, calm and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk through and explain things. The only good thing about having a bad back is coming into equilibrium.

Dr. Shireesh has been such a blessing to find. His friendly, knowledgeable and effective. He has helped me tremendously with my recent surgery. His positive demeanor, as well as the office culture at Equilibrium, makes me going to the Chiropractor an incredible experience. I'm so grateful to find a chiropractic office like Equilibrium.

(1) Excellent. Shireesh is able to adjust my hips/back & neck so that I am painfree. I have a very physical job & have serious injuries from my younger days so usually am in constant pain. He uses massage before so the adjustments hold & have greatly improved my quality of life. (2) He does not overajust & also works on my sons that play competitive soccer (3) I highly recommend him!
