About Dr. Jeff Devine

Suddenly it made sense why an upper-back adjustment might help someone breathe easier, or why standing taller after a low-back adjustment could improve circulation and energy. When we restore proper function, we restore quality of life. That idea resonated deeply with me—and it still drives me today. Fast forward 25 years (plus four years at Palmer West Chiropractic College), and I’m now opening my fourth chiropractic center in Lake Oswego OR with my new business partner Jodi. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of raising three amazing kids—currently spread across grade school, middle school, and high school—and sharing life with my wonderful wife Cindy, a dental hygienist with a love of cooking and growing our food. Together, we joke that we’re in the business of “spinal and dental hygiene.” As a family, we gravitate toward healthy eating, regular exercise, and avoiding toxic lifestyles. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me on a soccer field, out boating, or riding motorcycles with my kids. Sports and movement are part of who we are. I grew up humbly in Oklahoma before moving to Eugene, Oregon, in high school—a shift that gave me a broad perspective on people, culture, and what motivates us. No matter our backgrounds, we’re more alike than different, and we all thrive when we’re healthy. My mission is to share chiropractic with everyone willing to listen, and to leave my community a little healthier than I found it. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your health journey
