I was a new patient but was made to feel like a regular ongoing patient right away. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment but it was only a short wait. Once I was seen, Dr Tozzi took her time to understand my medical history and circumstances. She was good at explaining things and quick to give solutions after she had all the facts. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced PCP.

Great experiences with Dr. Tozzi so far. Gentle, straight to the point and has refererred me to some great specialists as well. She has also been very transparent with me about possible charges for various tests since insurance can be a pain in the butt.

It was a bit too rushed seemed like she was in a hurry to be somewhere else. Half the time i felt she wasn't listening to me, even though maybe she was. I guess that's because she hardly made eye contact.
She found a lump and even though she tried to assure me that it was minor, she promised to follow up with results from a second consult and never did.

She's a busy woman, so the appointment felt very rushed, but she listened to my concerns and explained (credibly) why she was going with the quick diagnosis she was making.
She also managed to make a joke or two. I hope her diagnosis is correct!

Office was a bit confusing, wish I'd been told which floor to go to, because there are SO MANY doctors in the building. Also, when I left she recommended I do bloodwork, as she does for all new patients, but she gave me a piece of scrap paper that said "bloodwork" on it, that I then had to go to the main secretary for, and she directed me to someone else, who only had a scrap of paper to go off of...not the most professional system. Dr. Tozzi was very nice, though, and seemed to be pretty thorough with me as a new patient, and explained a lot of what was going on.

NEVER VISIT DR. TOZZI!!! I went in to see Dr. Tozzi for a basic annual physical purely to have her sign-off on my insurance "Healthy Actions" form to be reimbursed for being healthy. I found her to be a bit unprofessional and aloof. Which I honestly would forgive, I don't need a warm and fuzzy doctors, just an effective one. However, to my shock, I've been charged about 5x what any physical I've ever had has costed. The extent of my visit was taking my weight, height and my blood pressure. She also signed me up to get 38 blood tests from the lab and claimed these would be covered by my insurance (which they are not) therefore breaching her ethical code of conduct. Thankfully, that same day, I saw another doctor for a totally separate issue in a separate practice, and she said it was very clear Tozzi was purely interested in profiting off of me, so I did not get any of those blood tests. I am 23 years old, and perfectly healthy (i.e. I do not need my vitamin K levels assessed!) I am now engaged in a very complicated situation with billing both for my insurance and Tozzi's office. I would highly recommend avoiding this physician. I cannot speak to Tufts Medical PCP division as a whole, but if their other doctors are anything like Tozzi, I would highly recommend avoiding the entire practice.

Dr. Tozzi is fine as a doctor--she is friendly, easy to get appointments, and answers all of your questions. The big problem lies with the people you talk to when you call with questions. The people who answer the phones give you attitude, accuse you of lying, and are downright unhelpful. I will be switching to another primary care physician with more helpful front desk staff.

I've never had a good doctor. By that I mean someone who listens to your concerns, and takes the time to address them thoroughly.
Dr. Tozzi not only listened to my concerns but showed genuine concern for my holistic well being. I had a number of issues; she addressed everything I had come to her for, and worked out other problems I thought I had to go to specialists for.
She literally restored my faith in biomedicine. Really great doc.
