He's the only doctor I've ever had who has shown this level of attention and patient care, and probably one of the busiest since he does urgent care. I really respect this practice.

Dr. Arora was kind, professional, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I was lucky to find same-day availability (which none of the usual doctors I see in DC proper had), and was seen right away. The front desk was efficient and courteous, and the visit was edifying. I won't hesitate to return in the future!

He never asked me to get on the table but instead let me stay in the chair and came to me. Every doctor could learn a thing or two from him. Today was my 4th visit since the office opened several years ago. It's a very good office to go to if you have an immediate health problem that doesn't call for a trip to the ER. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable, always friendly and professional. The wait is minimal, especially if you make an appointment. After one of my visits I had to travel overseas, and I even got a call from Dr. Arara when I was in Europe. He wanted To know if I was feeling better.
