The Doctor seems very knowledgeable but cannot help me over the zoom meeting. The meeting has to be face-to-face. She has to contact family and others who know me. I feel like my destiny is in people's hands when God controls my destiny. I will keep praying that God gives me favor with him and man. My only outlook is to please God, when I please him, I am satisfying man.

The experience was good and the Dr. did a good job but it was EXPENSIVE. Over $400 for a consultation after insurance.

This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I felt like she asked good questions to understand the issue.

Super receptive and an amazing listener! I never felt judged or silly for talking about vulnerable topics.
Video visit
Easy to talk to and I felt at ease with my inner emotions. It was a safe place, in a virtual world.

I don't know. ZocDoc never made the appointment apparently. I was given emails and information via ZocDoc but the Dr had nothing scheduled for me

Terrible, left me in tears. I disclosed that I have been going through a very difficult time, along with a demanding career. I disclosed my previously diagnosed conditions (years of prior psychiatric&psychologist care) and medications. An ADHD medicine that has been prescribed to me for 3 years now, she decided to not prescribe. That was our first meeting, I don’t understand why she thought she knew my condition better than the practitioner who had been treating me for years prior. She asked for the original testing documentation (occurred in 2016) which was fine, but was going to take me a bit to locate. She could have asked for previous care contacts, but did not. I saw her on Thursday and by Monday morning she had cancelled my prescriptions. I have a very demanding job with priority deadlines, I did not have time to search for it in a single day. Honestly, it felt like she viewed me as a drug addict. The whole experience was disheartening, and I’m now without my medication. Shameful

Had to fill out a bunch of online forms before the appointment, more the day of. System was down so had trouble connecting; Finally connected ten minutes late. Sally was okay but not my vibe. Definitely fake nice and not really listening to me. At the end of the appointment she told me she doesn’t even prescribe amphetamines, even though that’s exactly what I came to her for, had written that in all my documentation, and told her I needed within the first five minutes. I have been diagnosed twice by two different providers yet she spent the entire session asking me questions about my past and experience only to recommend a completely different medication (Wellbutrin) than the one I’ve been using and know works. Then she offered to internally refer me to someone else for another set of appointments to talk about the option of getting my regular medication. I don’t know if it was her or Talkiatry or a combo of both but I’m super unhappy.

Dr. He is great and I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. He is the first psychiatrist I've worked with that has made sure my treatment plan was in line with my life history and daily life. She makes sure your treatment plan will account for the whole picture of your life. She is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

Dr. He is incredibly compassionate and caring. I spent almost 90 minutes with her in my initial consult and never once felt rushed. She was more engaging than most therapists I've seen, and she made recommendations that I felt really comfortable with. I'm so thankful to have found her, thank you Dr. He!!!
She seemed to write me off early in our evaluation. Stopped listening and kept turning the conversation to 'anxiety' which was never what my appointment was about. Disregarded all previous diagnosis and experiences. Initially made me feel safe in discussing cannabis use and then used it against me later.
