Siddhant K. Mehta, M.D., Ph.D., is a board eligible fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Hackensack University Medical Center and Palisades Medical Center. Having been born and raised in Bergen County, Dr. Mehta is excited to return to New Jersey and treat the community which he grew up in.
Prior to joining the orthopedic group at Hackensack, Dr. Mehta completed his American Shoulder & Elbow Surgeons (ASES) accredited specialty fellowship training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
During this time, he served as a Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery, and treated all conditions of the shoulder and elbow, including degenerative, sports-related and traumatic problems. Dr. Mehta also has extensive training in conducting orthopaedic research and obtained a Ph.D. degree and post-doctoral training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
