Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I bring an experienced, empathetic ear to every session. My goal is to help you enjoy your life and relationships as you find a better balance between work and family. During sessions with me, you can expect warmth, compassion, and open-mindedness. I work with clients to decide whether medication or other treatments are needed in addition to therapy. I have been working with clients since 2020.
I treat ages 18 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), sleep issues including insomnia, stress, PTSD, women's issues, and mood disorders. I utilize medication management and talk therapy in sessions.

Honestly, it was not a good experience for me. I wanted her to listen to what i had to say but the entire time she shushed me to read from her notes. Then when it was my time to speak, she made me feel like i was wrong or dumb. Don’t recommend.

I was left with the impression that her office wants to take advantage of patients requiring them to book an appointment just to refill your pills. Z00 for an appointment but pills cost less than a quarter??? It is ridiculous. Also, they charged my credit card and my insurance at a time, so I had to request a refund. I felt that patient issues didn't matter, only money money money!
