Very professional, yet personable, spoke to me in plain English to help me understand my condition. Took the time to break it down for me. Although surgery was an option, he saw it as a LAST resort and did not immediately recommend it, but gave me alternative techniques to try to lessen the severity of my condition and avoid surgery altogether. Really liked him!

Dr. Simon Pan specialized in treating wound of the lower extremities. He is board certified by the American Professional Wound Care Association. Dr. Pan also specialized in reconstructive foot surgery. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatric Surgery and Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Pan has strong background in Biomechanics and he always stresses the importance of non-invasive and conservative care to resolve the foot problem. He has therefore spared many of his patients from undergone unnecessary surgery. Dr. Pan is a former Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineer. He is able to combine his knowledge of mechanical engineering and biomechanics to create functional orthotics and braces to treat the foot and ankle pathologies.
Dr. Pan attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine after obtaining his engineering degree and aeronautical diploma. He has served in the infantry and the air force in the 70's as well as maintenance of Boeing 747 aircraft in the 80's.
It is the strong belief of Dr. Simon Pan to treat his patient's foot and ankle illnesses with his conservative approaches before placing his patients under the cold blades. His philosophy of conservative care has won him the cover page of the Chinese Fortune magazine in 2009 ..
