Please do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all costs. His staff have absolutely no respect for your time, and they are the most incompetent I have ever experienced. I went back and forth with them for weeks on the phone to simply get labs results back. During this time, they would refuse to answer their phones, tell me they would pass along messages that they never relayed to the doctor, and make scheduling an appointment impossible. They would simply say stuff to get me off the phone but never followed through on anything they promised to do.
Then, the doctor has the audacity to say that he doesn't do appointments for virtual visits—you can only make an appointment for him to call you "sometime between 5 and 8 pm." Do they really think patients are just going to wait around for hours? No other doctor will imagine doing this.
As if this isn't bad enough, I spent three weeks trying to get a prescription refilled because after being put on hold numerous times, having spoken with several different office staff, and called back time after time, I still had not received a refill for the prescription. As a result, I have been without a medicine I need for three weeks. Each time I call they simply say they will pass it on to the doctor. When I request to speak to the officer manager, she is no more helpful. This place is a sham. The appointment remainders they send out have an entirely different doctor's name on them—very unprofessional.

Dr. Socrates seems like a nice guy, however it took and hour and twenty minutes for him to see me for 5 minutes. He rushes to type in his computer all the codes he is going to charge your insurance for, even he doesn’t provide you with such services, like tabaco counseling or stds, I didn’t even discuss those topics but he still put them on my medical visit and charged for them. I feel like the doesn’t pay attention to your needs, he was typing and typing while I tried to explain my issues. I’m so disappointed, I will change my doctor, I feel my problem hasn’t been solved yet but he didn’t take the time to listen to all my needs. This is the third time I’ve seen him this year and I’m not coming back.
