The front office was nice and the nurse was on point. However, the doctor came in 1hr late. Did not do a through investigation of my condition and gave me cream that did not help nor prescribed for me. He was somewhat knowledgeable but gave me no actionable step to feel better. He used his computer a lot and seemed unsure at times what to say to me and his advice did not sit right after I had explained my experience. Had to go to the ER the next day. Gave me nothing to alleviate pain or plan for the next few days.

He took the time to ask questions to understand the best way to treat my symptoms, as well as what would work best for my lifestyle.
