One receptionist was rude but everyone else was pleasant and the doctor was very helpful and I enjoyed my visit. I know, weird, it's a doctor's visit and who actually likes going to the doctor?

Waited an hour and a half to be seen by doctor. When finally seen by doctor, I was seen for literally 2 minutes and was then asked to reschedule a hearing exam. Do not waste your time at this practice.

The dr was nice, thorough and seemed to know what she was doing. The front office ladies were awful, offensive and treated the two elderly patients there so poorly I was shocked. They made fun of patients loudly in front of the waiting room and hd zero professional demeanor. They have lots of issues with zocdoc appointments and called to cancel/reschedule twice

1st time with Dr. Ghossaini She is very professional in her manner. Although she did not find out exactly the problem she immediately set up some follow up tests for me. I would recommend her as my ENT Dr.
