Dr. Spandana Kolakaleti is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with more than a decade of experience in providing comprehensive medical care. She was born and raised in South India. After completing medical school in India, she moved to the United States in 2007 to finish her residency and internship. After completing her training, she practiced in Illinois before making her way to San Antonio in 2019 to be closer to family and enjoy the warm weather. What she loves most about practicing medicine is that patients are different and unique in terms of their background and needs. Her primary goal is to design an individual treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcome for her patients. I was impressed that she listened to me, and took me seriously. I have had many doctors in the past that would just throw pills at me, and tell me to figure it out. She listened and is helping me get to the bottom of this. If you are looking for a new doctor, look no further.
