I wasn't expecting such a long appointment but for my first appointment I was seen by two doctors and had blood tests and the people there were so wonderful and kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who needs this type of practice.

She listens well compared to my first Endocrinologist. The fact that she is willing to test and rule out everything without making assumptions is refreshing. I do not feel well and it was sudden, so the fact that she wants to rule out everything before we proceed is awesome. I like her, she is direct and gets things done, so we can figure out what's going and I cannot tell you how nice that is!

My visit with all the professionals at Endocrinology Associates was excellent. Dr. Reddy was very thorough and professional and her NP Morgan was excellent! I visited their in-house lab and had an ultrasound and both of the ladies who assisted me there were kind and professional. All of the front office staff are also very efficient and professional. Their waiting room is very small and not really comfortable or inviting. Overall an excellent experience at this practice. My only criticism is with the chairs in the waiting room which were badly stained (kind of gross..) and should be cleaned.

Dr. Reddy was attentive and helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the tests that I needed. She squeezed me in at the same appointment for a needle biopsy of a nodule on my thyroid (the reason for my appt.) which was very kind of her. Her NPA, Marie, was also very thorough and listened to my concerns closely. They seem to be a good team. The ultrasound tech, whose name I didn't catch, was also terrific and helped to keep me calm for my procedure. I'm hopeful to get good news from the biopsy and very thankful for such a great team.

The wait time was long but this is my third endo in six years and the wait time is the same for all, it is only an issue if you do not plan on a long visit. The PA and DR were both very professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this doctor to anyone who is having issues with finding a decent endo.
My only issue was with the paperwork. I filled out the new patient forms on Zocdoc and when i arrived was told they were not current forms and had to fill them all out again. Don't know if this is an issue with the DR's office or zocdoc.

The intake process was somewhat redundant--I had to fill out forms that I had already taken the time to complete online. The wait for radiology was 45 minutes, but the tech explained that they were unusually busy with end-of-year appointments and that an employee had called out sick so they were short-staffed. I was so pleased that between Dr. Sreedevi and her nurse practitioner, they put symptoms I wasn't recognizing into a probable diagnosis. It was very comforting.
All of the staff clicked. Each had their responsibilities. They run like a well oiled machine.

The wait time between tech and nurse practitioner was uncomfortably long, but the length of time between the nurse practitioner and the doctor was very ridiculously long. Had no time device (phone turned off as requested), but length of time that passed between receipt of the clipboard (they did have one!--three pages--but took only about seven minutes)-- and the time I exited the office was 2 hours and ten minutes. I figure the doctor visit portion itself took about 1 hour 40 minutes. The in-house blood draw and ultrasound were both about 20 minutes or so!

The evaluation was extremely thorough. Between the PA and the Dr a lot of time is spent with you. In addition they have a lab and ultrasound on site so everything is done while you are there. You can expect to be there for at least two hours at your initial visit because of the testing and thorough exam.

She was very thorough in her exam. She also asked several questions. She ordered some testing to be done in her office, such as blood work and an ultrasound. She was very professional. I would have liked for her to explain things a little bit more as to why she was doing things like asking me to swallow about 5-6 times and a few other things. So far I would go back to her. The only downfall is the location of the office is a bit hard to find and the actual layout is like a maze.

Both Dr Reddy and her nurse practitioner had to go through a long list of symptoms I have been having, along with me having difficulty keeping on track with my thoughts due to severe pain, pain meds and being mentally foggy. I brought in copies of lab testing and doctor reports dating back to January 2014 and every piece of paper was reviewed. They were very efficient, empathetic and ordered a slew of testing in an attempt to determine if my problems are endocrine based. The in office lab staff were excellent. The most important thing to me was that I "was heard" and action was taken.

1. No respect for your time. You schedule it for 10 am and you reach there 30 min early and then you get to meet doctor after waiting in a patient room for more than one hour.
2. You go there to understand how you can get back to normal life by managing diet or any other lifestyle change but you are asked why do you want to get off medicine? We got the point that medicine doesn't have side effects but why one would want to continue on medication for the lifetime?
w/o discussing your condition and how to cure it they keep asking do you have any questions? When you ask question they ask counter question and again ask you do you have any other questions? We were so lost.
We were told usually the total time is 2-3 hours for complete appointment.
May be waiting for more than hour and missing your subsequent schedule made us feel really psst and frustrated. We will give it one last try and if they do not show respect for time again we will have to explore other options.

She was professional and courteous but my appt was at 9am and the PA came in to meet me at roughly 10:30. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting on some test results. All the labs were done within the office which was nice but they said that would make response time faster and I am still waiting. However, she provided more information than my primary care had.

The only people who I felt comfortable with during my visit were the MA, phlebotomist, and ultrasound technician. The NP and MD were extremely rude, did not listen, cut me off while I was speaking, and actually asked me questions about the pharmacology of one of my medications. Last I checked I did not have a medical degree, so I could not answer her questions regarding my medication. But in my opinion, she should have known the answer already, or looked them up in a reference manual (which she did not do). The MD was incredibly dismissive, and insinuated that my symptoms weren't "that bad", which made me feel like I was crazy. I felt like she was implying that I simply made all of my symptoms up. My symptoms might not be very "bad" compared to someone with extreme symptoms, but for me, my symptoms are not normal, and that is why I made the medical appointment in the first place. I will not be returning, and I will also be informing my PCP (who referred me to this practice and this physician) that if I need another endocrinology appointment, it will have to be with someone else. Additionally, I waited well over 90 minutes to be seen. I cannot stress enough how negative and terrible this appointment was.

She was pleasant but the billing was/is a nightmare. Insanely ridiculous costs that were never disclosed. 21 separate charges from a visit that lasted under 10 minutes, not including a separate bill from the lab. Medical assistant was also nice but gave opposite advice to that of the doctor.

She listened with interest in what I explained and responded with suggestion on where to start and presented possible options. The NP was very awesome also. Both are compassionate and engaged. They were both very busy but gave me their undivided attention when they were with me.

Office staff was welcoming and nice. only waited 15 minutes in waiting room and another 15 before I saw Dr. Reddy's PA, Christine, who was very warm and helpful. Another 20 or so minute wait to see Dr. Reddy... Seemed thorough and taking good approach. Dr. Reddy is a little abrupt but I can imagine how busy she is... I can get over that as long as she is good at what she does and, so far, she appears to be.
