Dr. Tirupathi was a knowledgeable, patient, and empathic medical professional. Her assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going. The office staff were alert, friendly, and focused on ensuring the administration process of my visit was comfortable and effortless on my part. The office was clean, neat well stocked, and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Tirupathi and her staff to anyone!

The office manager Rose and her staff are incompetent , it took me to call them 5 times to book an appointment. She apologized for her staff at which point I told her “ I know why her staff is incompetent because they’re being lead by an incompetent supervisor” . Hopefully the doctor sees this feedback !

The office staff gave me an attitude because they didn't confirm my appointment even though I received an email of confirmation. They tried to deny me because new patients need to be scheduled two weeks out. I thought that the whole point of using a place like this is to be able to get to a Dr quickly.
When i did end up getting into a room I saw two nurse practitioners that were awesome but only saw Dr.T for less than two minutes She came in while I was talking to the NP introduced herself looked in my mouth touched my throat said how long to give meds for and left.
I was really disappointed overall and will not be going back. if i book and appointment with someone i want to see them for more than two minutes.

I hardly sat down when I was called back. Then the doctor came right in looked over my issues and took care of everything. I was back on the road within 20min of walking in the door. They even offered to do more and told me to just call next time and they will take care of anything needed.

She was so very kind with a perfect bedside manner! I went in with several issues as a first time patient and she didn't skip a beat addressed them all individually. I was highly impressed with her and all of her staff. She does labs in office and has many of the things an ER would have. I'm very happy I found her!!

The professional I am rating is the doctor herself.
It seems like I spent too much with the student nurse, who I will say... will hopefully find the doctor as a good role model for bedside manners. She took a long time entering data and it seemed like she started to enter data for other patients? And I said something and then she went out to get the doctor.

Although I have had fairly positive appointments with the interns working under Dr. Tirupathi, I am often bothered by her lack of interest/focus on me as a patient. Though she does speak when she enters, she spends the remainder of the time talking to the interns about me...not to me. I feel like I am just a tool for their practice as opposed to an actual patient. This has happened on at least three occasions.
While I respect that she supports the learning of up and coming physicians, I would hope that she would also model for them how to engage with and properly treat a patient. This has not been my experience.

Dr. Tirupathi office was very nice & clean. My wait time was short and was seen within 15 mins of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Tirupathi and the staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. I felt welcomed and comfortable for my very first doctor appointment. Definitely will be back!

I had been suffering with a migraine for four days. I went online and was able to set up a new patient appointment that day. I was able to complete all of my paperwork online so when I arrived I didn't have that hastle. I actually arrived 10 minutes late and still was taken back to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a great doctor that actually takes the time to listen you may want to think about paying Dr. Tirupathi a visit.

I was a new patient, so generally you'd would think the doctor would want to get to know me a little bit however that wasn't the case. I was seen by 3 nurse practitioners (one was training) they were all very nice however I don't understand why all 3 were there. When I did finally see the Dr Tirupathi she came in for a minute tops and shook my hand and said only 4 words to me, "this will help you." I had been sick for over a month and was given prescriptions from the nurse practitioners (again very nice girls.) Coming from a wonderful family doctor that I had all of my life in PA I could not believe this Doctor and how she operated. They gave me a third round of antibiotics and I had already tried two different once elsewhere which was fine and they did tell me I may be at higher risk for getting sick from these due to the amount in my stomach over the past month but to call if I got sicker. I called today because I woke up in severe stomach pains, vomitting and diarrhea. I had followed all of the directions, take them with food, take a probiotic yogurt as well. However, the amount of pain brought me to me knees. I called the office and explained to the girl Rosie (receptionist) how I was feeling and how I was concerned considering this was worse then what the side effects said. In the middle of me explaining my symptoms, the receptionist literally said, "get to the point because that stuff rips me up too." I was so shocked at her response but was in so much pain that she finally said the doctor works afternoons come in at 3. By 11:30 I could not take the pain anymore and went to the ER where they were able to put me on some medicine to give me some relief and took me off of the antibiotic as my reaction to it was too severe. I called back to Dr. Tirupathi's office and this time I talked with a Jennifer, again I explained I went to the ER and I wanted to cancel my post op appt they just made and rather then her actually caring asking if I was alright she said, "ok" and hung up. I have NEVER been around people that could care less about their patients. I run an office myself and I would be so embarrassed if my staff was like that from receptionist to Dr. I expected the receptionist at the ER for a family doctor she recommends and she nicely was able to give me info for hers. I will NEVER go to Dr. Sreelatha's office in my life, nor do I recommend her or that place to anyone! She should be ashamed to be a doctor as she could clearly care less about her patients and staff.

First of all it was 20 mins I sat in waiting room. Then I was taken to the back of the office and sat in a room for another 15 mins for a total of 45 mins. Before I was seen by the nurse practicton and that wasn't who I made the appt. With. When the dr. Did come through it was just to shake my hand and walk out. Never did she address me as why I was there or how I was doing but to the NP. I bet, the Dr was the less that 60 seconds.
The NP kept asking the same questions as of she wasn't listening.
I am new to the area and would at least like for the Dr. To take a couple mins to get to know me.

I actually was seen by a Nurse Practitioner and 2 student/interns. The doctor only came in at the end of the visit to introduce herself. I could've gone to the Minute Clinic for the same treatment.

I think this doctor is very nice and was a professional. The hardest part was finding a parking place. The nurse was great, the receptionist very kind and overall I am going to recommend this doctor to my friends. I have a follow up after I give blood and do some labs. The visit was what I expected.
