The office staff was friendly and professional. They texted me prior to my appointment with a link to check in online and update all paperwork ahead of time. Once I checked in at the desk, I only waited a few minutes to be called back. My wait for Dr. Barnhill was only an additional ten minutes at the most. Dr. Barnhill was very professional, personable, patient, and thorough. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Barnhill.

Physician is a caring and knowledgeable young woman who listens intently to what you have to say, verifies she heard correctly and then asks appropriate questions before determining a course of action and takes into consideration if you are okay with that. Her manner is always calm and direct and she is a "hands on" physician and although uses her laptop to input and look up test results and stuff she is not "glued" to it during interview.
I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor to diagnose and follow through on procedures and tests to reach a healthy conclusion. Her compassion and empathy come through her "bedside" manner and Dr. Carisa Barnhill is certainly a good choice .

It was an extremely positive experience seeing Dr. Barnhill for the first time. It has been several years since I've had a PCP and I was pretty nervous and had quite a few items I wanted to discuss. I never felt rushed, judged, or that she wasn't giving me her full attention. I'm very thankful I found her in the Tampa area and highly recommend.

I was a new patient and Dr Barnhill treated me so well. I really loved her bedside manner. She was understanding and did not want to just push medication. Wonderful experience and I was in and out did not have to wait a long time for the visit.

Dr. Barnhill was professional and thorough. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and address my health concerns. I feel she exceeded my expectations as a health professional by quickly ordering the appropriate tests I needed given my symptoms and past medical history. She also took time out of her evening to call me with my test results as soon as she received them instead of making me wait and worry overnight or for days. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Barnhill took the time to address of all my concerns completely and thoroughly. All of my referrals were handled on the spot, no back & forth with specialists & primary care. Staff was friendly and accomodating. I will continue to see Dr. Barnhill, as this was my first visit.
