Dr. Bhumi was great!! She’s really knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. I waited about a half hour for this appointment and I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I’m appreciative to get an appointment the next day and I really didn’t mind the wait. I was watching HGTV in the waiting room :-) Thank you Dr. Bhumi!

My appointment was at the end of the day, so I'm sure that's why the wait was over an hour. Many people waiting with me were there longer and rescheduled/walked out. Dr. Bhumi was very thorough, explained everything very well! Office staff was organized too! Worth the wait

Doctor Bhumi is kind, and intelligent, she explained a lot to me about what i could possibly be experiencing, and the office was able to get me in right away for the procedure (endoscopy) she wanted to do to make sure everything was okay. The nurse were extremely kind, and caring before i went in for my procedure, and made sure i was taken care of. After the procedure, i got scheduled for a follow up about two months later, and got a check in phone call, but i didn't receive any information on what was wrong with me or how to better it besides a change in diet. Hopefully at the next meeting she will tell me more, but my symptoms have not improved from what they were before, and i still have no idea why.
The only real negative was her wait time, i was in the waiting room for both of my appointments for over 2 hours. The appointment for the endoscopy was especially difficult because i had not eaten since the small dinner i had the night before in preparation and was extremely anxious and hungry. I was by far the youngest patient in the room, so i could handle the wait, but some of the older patients who had been waiting had seemed to be in discomfort and complained about their long wait.

Dr. Bhumi is excellent. Very easy to talk to and is personally invested in her patients' health and best interest. I waited for awhile (because there were a few procedures scheduled before my consultation) but it was well worth the wait! So happy I found her!!
