My experience with the clinic itself was awful. The provider was about q0 min late and she said the office was supposed to contact me before the visit to get new patient info so I had to end my appointment for them to call me and the provider would call me back in abkut am hour. The office never called me back so I had to call and they totally dismissed me. They said its my fault and because it was past the appointment time I would have to reschedule even tho it wasnt my fault it was theirs and I was on time to my appointment. Absolutely awful I had to call out of school just to not be seen .

The day before my appointment, I received a voicemail warning me that l'd be charged a $40 cancellation fee if I called to cancel which didn't concern me at the time, because I fully intended to keep my appointment. However, just two hours before my scheduled time, I got a call from the receptionist saying the doctor had something come up and wouldn't be able to make it so they had to cancel my appointment. While I understand that things happen and people sometimes need to reschedule, it feels unfair and unprofessional to enforce a cancellation fee for patients but not hold the provider to the same standard. Patients are expected to value the doctor's time, but clearly that respect doesn't go both ways. Disappointed with how this was handled. I’ll be scheduling with a different provider.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. Waited over 45 minutes in a waiting room just to have my visit canceled. I call the office and they said they tried to contact me, which they did not! To tell me my insurance wasn't accepted! This is after calling the day before to be told I was accidentally scheduled for in office appointment and needed to be rescheduled for a televisit the next day. Would not waste my time on this clinic!!

Waited 40 min, used my whole break at work plus some and still saw no one. This has happened with this office 3 times now. Dont even get acknowledged. Tried to call the office and no one answers, you hold and then get hung up on. Horrible

Worst visit ever my appointment was at 4:20 had to call the office three separate times my doctor never joined the call. They closed at 5 o’clock. I was in the call until then and when I called the office, their phones were off because they closed the doctor never showed up.
