I am a licensed clinical psychologist, supervisor, and clinical director at our Center for Anxiety - Manhattan location. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma-related distress, and emotion dysregulation. I provide evidence-based therapy (including CBT, ACT, DBT, exposure therapy) to help others live personally meaningful, enriching lives.
The stress of everyday life is enough for anyone to have to navigate! Doing that with heightened anxiety, distressing thoughts, or the weight of a traumatic experience makes it all the more challenging. I have a compassionate, approachable, and genuine style. I hope we can work together to build the life you want to live.
