I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Banerjee. She had great bedside manner and was patient listening to my symptoms. She asked a lot of follow up questions and I felt she actually cared and wanted me to feel better. I had my doubts with how telehealth would work and she really eased my anxiety by being present, compassionate, and attentive. I plan to make a follow up appointment with her.

I desperately needed an emergency appointment for a prescription refill.
Dr. Stacy was kind, and understanding. I was able to book, and confirm my appointment on the same day. I would have preferred to have completed the paperwork assessment 24 hours prior to the appointment.
My appointment went smoothly, and Dr. Stacy addressed all my concerns in an empathic and professional manner. I was able to get my prescriptions refilled. If it wasn't for Dr. Stacy I'd still be in a panicked state scrambling to find a prescriber.

Best Doctor Ever! I made an appointment with Dr. B about 7 months ago and now entrust here as my primary care physician for all my healthcare needs. Dr. B spends at least 30 minutes to an hour during my telehealth appointment and I never feel like my visit is rushed or the doctor is just in and out like I have with so many other providers. Dr. B deals with patients directly so there is not the typical jump through hoops with the front desk personnel to get message through. I can't convey into words accurately the outstanding professionalism, bed side manner and genuine care Dr. B has with her patients. She has been able to diagnose conditions and pin point issues that many doctors simply overlooked. She has successfully been able to manage my medications and prescribe accurate dosages that has allowed me to have a better quality of life. She is understanding, very easy to talk to and listens to my concerns and issues. In fact I have never felt more at ease with a provider which allows me to be more open and upfront about my symptoms. Dr. B is hands down the best provider I've had in my life!

I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed mental health support, but during COVID it was really difficult to get an appointment scheduled with a doctor in person so I turned to Zocdoc.
Dr. Banerjee was amazing for the first couple months of my care. I met with Dr. Banerjee via video several times where she assessed my situation and we decided on some medication to get started on.
This is where things go south and never return. The time it took to get my medication from the first appointment to day one of taking the meds was over 2 weeks of me reminding her daily that my medication wasn't called in. Finally I got it. I was on my medication for nearly 3 months, maybe more I honestly forget by now, but every time I needed to get my medication refilled she REFUSED to fill my script unless she saw me in an appointment first (I was assuming it was casual check-ups, but this medication takes months to really show a change) which I thought was weird, but I went along with it regardless. My last video conference with Dr. Banerjee she told me that my medication would be called in and everything seemed normal. We got some snow, so I couldn't get my meds for maybe a week but when I went to get them, zero medication had been called in. I texted Dr. Banerjee (which she was extremely responsive at first) on 2/08/2021 and I have YET to hear back. I missed an appointment, so I don't get my medication refilled, and when I text her to tell her I don't have my medication, I get an email about an appointment being setup. Never in my life would I think a Dr. would risk my health simply because she wasn't getting paid for the appointments.
The other reviews are right, I saw the warnings but continued ahead but I assure you I will never be returning to her care, nor Zocdoc for that matter.
A mentally unstable patient misses an appointment and the Dr. refuses to fill the script (THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FILLED ALREADY).

Dr. Banerjee took her time asking questions, listening carefully and gathering information before deciding on a plan of action. She then decided to prescribe something and helped find the lowest price on goodRX and sent the Rx right away to the pharmacy. She also ordered lab work and found a lab for me and sent orders to the lab and emailed me a copy. She was very kind.

Was not pleased with the level of service or follow up with this doctor. This doctor insulted my profession, and was more worried about changing diagnosis’s for issues not even pertaining to the issue seeing this doctor for. The doctor stated she was going to send me stuff to my email to do before a week follow up, I never received anything from this doctor. I would not recommend this doctor.

Fantastic clinician who pays attention to and treats my entire body and persona. She doesn’t judge when you’re not so happy and will most likely diagnose whatever’s going on weather you know about it or tell her. She finds the root cause and begins treatment/corrective action there. Makes sure you’re meds are squared away, labs and altruistically wants to follow up for the sake of your health and not her bottom dollar. A Doctor who actually takes care of you. Sounds like standard operating procedure, but rare these days. You got lucky if she’s treating you. You leave the appt better than you came and she leaves you in better health after every appointment . I can’t say enough.

Dr. Banerjee is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing her for the last six months and would not trust my care with anyone else. Appointments are never rushed and she takes the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns that I have. I have several ailments i have suffered from over the years and have seen multiple providers about.
