They never called me for my teledoc appointment. Was never seen

Went in for an injury to my left eye. Paid my co pay. Seen the doctor, who was very friendly... and she dyed my eye and shined a black light in it and told me that my eye was fine just irritated.
A few hours after I went home, the pain got excruciating. I then booked a same day appointment at Optimeyes and the doctor there told me there's a large cut on my eye and needed a bandage contact lense to heal properly. But the Henry Ford Urgent care doctor told me my eye was fine, charged me money and sent me on my way. I'm sure they are a fine Urgent Care, but I probably wouldn't recommend this place for any eye issues.

I went to this place because my home clinic closed and I am not sure where to go around my house for PCP care. I have worked very hard for my sobriety. I left with paperwork that said I have a current alcohol problem as of the date I went there. So they basically threw all my hard work away for the next Henry Ford Dr I manage to come across. I stopped going to Wyandotte Hospital because of this. I am not sure why all Henry Ford Doctors seem to want to keep me in this bubble of always an alcoholic. This place didn't treat me like that when I was there. The bedside manner was great. But the Dr asked me if I was taking all these random medications. Some I didn't even recognize. But one was an addiction medication I was never able to take. Anyway if I am not on that medication anymore. You ask if I drink and I tell you no. I am honest about my marijuana use. But I did not like that she put on my paperwork that I have a CURRENT alcohol problem. Come on Henry Ford. I worked SO HARD for that!
