I'm always nervous when I find some new lump and bump and she really put me at ease. I appreciated getting to talk to an Esthetician about future treatment for Rosacea when the Doctor had completed her exam and treatment. She was so informative and kind.

Dermatology Associates of LaGrange is happy to welcome Dr. Stacy McClure. Dr. McClure is a board certified dermatologist - American Board of Dermatology - August 2006 and is a member of the Chicago Dermatologic Society, the Chicago Medical Society and the American Medical Association. Dr. McClure earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio in Sociology in 1990. She earned her Medical Doctorate degree in 2000 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed her internship in 2001 at Rush University Medical Center and her residency in 2006 at Northwestern University in Dermatology, she went on to complete a two year research fellowship at Northwestern in Clinical trials Dermatology. Dr. McClure comes to us from Loyola University where she practiced Dermatology and was an Associate Professor and the Director of Clinical Trials since 2006.

I liked Dr. McCLure very much, but I had to wait for over 1 hour because the appointment that I made thru ZocDoc was not on the office schedule. Very annoying!!! I even got several reminders from ZocDoc about my appointment. Better work on the online scheduling.

Dr. McClure was wonderful! Very professional, yet friendly. She even recommended & gave me a sample of an ointment for my 3 year-old when she noticed she had a rash around her mouth from licking her lips.

The Dr was very nice but there was a two and a half hour wait. To be fair, the waiting room was packed with patients. The doctor was rushed but very knowledgeable. I do wish the doctor had spent more than five minutes with me as a new patient. I will go back to see if this was a one time thing on a very busy day or the norm.
