The office was a little hard to find, I should have done better homework on looking up instructions for parking and finding it because I never saw any building marked 110 Irving St. Park in the Physicians Office Bldg parking lot and then you have to walk for a long way until you get into the right part of the bldg. Dr Chia and the other doctor who examined me first were both excellent, as were the office staff and the nurses. They saw me quickly and the exam was smooth, professional, and efficient. Everyone treated me respectfully and listened carefully to what I said. They had helpful diagrams of the ear, nose, and throat regions on the wall that I was able to study for the few minutes I was left alone in the room. For me it was helpful just to see how all of the parts fit together.
His bedside manner is cold and impersonal
Very professional and comfortable
Dr. Chia listened to my concerns, was very gentle during the nasal scope, and immediately conferred with other doctors on treatment. He explained everything clearly and asked if I was comfortable with his findings and suggested treatment. He took the time to address all my concerns and answer all my questions. I highly recommend him!
I had a terrible time finding his office, since I'm a new patient. I parked in the wrong garage and walked 20 minutes around all the buildings and asked 5 people's people how to find his office (I had the #). . I did not see any building numbers. After Appt- I asked 2 people how to find the building entrance. I remembered how to get back to garage and asked 1 attendant to help me find my car.
The doctor was personable and thorough. He addressed all of my issues and concerns in a prompt manner. I am glad that I scheduled an appointment for my daughter( who has mild cerebral palsy) with him. I am very pleased. Tracy M. (Patient)
Dr. Chia is very personable and professional. He fully explained everything and he made me very comfortable about my progress after the procedure.
Seemed like he knew what hew was talking about. Gave me an honest appraisal of my last test, and recommended I'd be retested. Very businesslike, focused on the issues.
He took the time to figure out my pain that I have been dealing with for 6 years and hopefully he has pinpointed the problem.
Personable and professional. Answered all my questions in an easily understandable manner.
Dr. Chia is a very thorough professional and a caring person.
Patient friendly. Explained everything. Answered all my questions. I received excellent service.
Professional, thorough and pleasant.
Dr. Chia was very polite and professional, however the problem lies within the ladies at the front desk. They were a bit rude, had an attitude and rolled their eyes and thought I wouldn't notice. I left my wallet at home, but had all of my insurance information and they were reluctant to help me, then got an attitude about that. I was lucky to have a competent lady come to the front desk and assist the problem or else I would've wasted 30 minutes trying to find the place for nothing.
I think Dr Chia is professional, patient and very knowledgeable
He was very nice, although the appointment was shorter than I expected.
Some of the office staff are not the most professional people I have ever interacted with but Dr.Chia is nice and thorough.
