Ms Lillie the Receptionist was sooo warm & friendly! The waiting area was very spacious & soooo clean! All of the staff I encountered were very attentive & friendly!! I will definitely e returning to this location!!

I felt like the wait was unnecessary as there was no one else in the office. The one patient before me had already left and I could hear the provider down the hall talking to the other staff while I waited. Once I mentioned not being happy about the wait, I felt like the provider became standoffish. She did listen to my concerns and order tests from my bloodwork that I was not expecting which helped, but our differing opinion on the time was an issue. When I mentioned that I had another appointment and needed to leave soon, she eluded that I should have allowed more time for a physical, but I arrived 15 mins early and was in the room 8 mins before my appointment was scheduled. The provider did not enter until 32 mins after the appt. time
