Actually a great doctors visit

The nurses in this office were extremely rude, had no bedside manner and did not take precautions when I mentioned that I did not do well with getting my blood drawn. I asked for water and they told me they “did not have any.” I ended up fainting. I had the pleasure of overhearing them speaking badly about me while I was laying in the room trying to recover from having fainted. It was a humiliating experience. Additionally, the Dr asked me to return to get my blood drawn again as I would be back for a secondary purpose and the nurses told me that even though she said that, I should not come back to the office for that purpose but rather outsource that through labcorp. There seems to be a disconnect between the doctor and her staff, which is not something I would like in my healthcare experience. It’s a shame, because I actually like Dr. Stefanie She was kind. Her staff however ensured that I will not be back. I do not recommend this practice.
