I had a great experience at Forefront Dermatology. I was seen in less than 10 minutes from when I checked in. The total appointment was only about 25 minutes. Dr. Bulengo was nice and communicative. She calmed my nerves when it came to having a mole removed. Overall, the whole appointment was very efficient.

The receptionist was ver sweet and helpful, the nurse as well. The doctor not so much. She constantly talked over me before I could even finish my sentences or what she was asking me. I'm not sure if she was in a rush that day or what, but it was very rude nonetheless.She wasn't a great listener in my opinion but it is hard to hear the patient and my history when you won't let me talk. I explained to her what had been going on, she then asked if I had pets to try and relate it to my skin issue then took it a step further and accused my dog of having Demodex. For one my dog doesn't sleep with me and I take very good care of her, I also am a student and I have worked in the field I would know if she had mites. Lastly I have had this skin issue for 6 years and only had my dog for the last 3, so how could she be causing it? I as offended by her talking over me but that last thing really did it.
