It was my first time at the office and the dr was so focus in giving all the attention to the other old patient and the family in company that do not even say Good morning or looked aware that there were more people in the room I knew later what the person has been treated for and I understand but it didn't feel right

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Stephanie Cabrera & her office. Not only was I incorrectly charged a large sum for a service I never received but the handling of this issue was completely unprofessional. After noticing the wrongful charge, I reached out to the administrative team & Stephanie herself to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance I was met with indifference & refusal to address the issue.
Stephanie & her staff were unaccommodating and unpleasant. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, I was met with dismissive attitudes. Shockingly, they even hung up on me during a phone call. This lack of courtesy and unwillingness to correct the mistake left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
The entire experience was inconvenient & deeply upsetting. It's rare to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting. Given how poorly this was handled, I cannot recommend Stephanie Cabrera or her office to anyone.

Dr.Cabrera was so patient and so kind listened to all of my concerns as well ask my multiple questions and was very engaging and we got a lot figured out I look forward to my next visit.

Every time I visit, I feel listened to, and she always takes the time to thoroughly explain my health concerns and treatment options. Stephanie took her time to explain what I was experiencing and offer immediately a treatment plan. I have seen her for the last 3 months and I can say her protocol worked. I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience has been with Dr. Cabrera. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by both the staff and Dr. Cabrera herself.
Dr. Cabrera truly embodies the qualities of a caring physician. She takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns, never making me feel rushed. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. During each visit, she patiently answers all my questions and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.

Best NP I have ever visited. Mrs. Cabrera is extremely caring and made sure to take her time and try to find the problem I was having. She listened to me and wasn’t trying to just move quickly to her next patient. I highly recommend her. She also uses an electronic portal which makes filing out paperwork, scheduling, or viewing your results much easier!

It’s always an amazing visit to this office. Warm greeting, clean waiting area. Stephanie, the nurse practitioner, was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. Listened to my concerns with care, explained the treatment plan thoroughly. I left feeling reassured and confident in the care I received. My overall experience is always outstanding. I love that the office provides many services, such as primary care, Botox, fillers, IV regimens and so much more. South Florida Med Group is one of my favorite places to be.
