I found Dr. Corrado a bit brusque and condescending. While I realize she’s busy, she didn’t seem very interested in treating me so much as she did getting me out of the way and I felt like she veered into lecturing me rather than treating me like an intelligent adult. She also clearly wasn’t
paying attention to me because she asked me a few of the exact same questions repeatedly in a 5 minute span. The office was a bit dingy and the woman at the front desk wasn’t wearing her mask properly. All in all, not a good experience.

First time with this provider. I had a number of things to discuss which I thought we would cover, but she kept leaving the room and coming back and then we never addressed. She also left me with things to take home for samples, and she never told me instructions for what I needed to do or time frame. I asked the person in the lab for instructions, who said she did not know, that the doctor was supposed to tell me. Also, 2 hours before my originally scheduled appointment, the office called and did not leave a message. I called the number back and they said she just left for the day--as I was about to leave my house to go to the appointment. Then, I had test results after my appointment. I tried calling back but she had "left for the day" again and the person at the front desk could not answer my medical questions and instructed me to message her in the portal. It took days to get a response and she never called me back, even though I had a number of questions and concerns with my test results. Would not recommend coming here.

Doctor Corrado was very thorough and kind for the whole appointment, making sure to have friendly banter while giving me my annual physical checkup. She even gave me a referral for the gynecologist office they work with so I could switch to one closer to my current apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit!

The doctor was not professional, she didn't listen to what I had to say. Dismissed my concerns. Also their billing section is horrible although they are within network and I'm fully covered, my insurance kept asking for the medical records and they didn't sent them instead I get a bill ! Never again !

Looking at other reviews I feel like I had appointments with Dr Corrado's evil twin. Dismissive, jumping to the door the moment I stopped discussing my problem (even though I came for more than one reason). Never helped with anything, even the smallest problem, well within the scope of PCP, just handed out multiple referrals. The staff of so-called "medical assistants" is unable to spell properly basic terms on my chart.

This was my first appointment with Dr Corrado and I felt like I've known her forever. She was so easy to talk to. I literally told my husband I wish I could be friends with her in real life! She was professional but at the same time very personable. I am really pleased I chose her as my new pcp.

Dr. Corrado is a good doctor but the office staff is TERRIBLE. My prescriptions were not called in one Friday after I was assured by staff that they would be, and I had to go through the weekend without medication. There was paperwork that was not submitted to insurance, and whenever I call the office, the phone rings and rings and I get the answering service. I have left multiple messages but no one calls me back. This is all happening during business hours. It is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
