I enjoyed going to this office and I’m almost certain that I would stay with this practice moving forward. Dr. Fenlon is attentive, kind, and doesn’t rush to get to her next appointment. From front entry check-in, to sign out, everything was above satisfactory for a medical practice. Her front and back office medical staff were polite and efficient as well.

My visit at Dr. Fenlon’s office was great! They took the appropriate infection control protocols, as advertised. It was nice to be able to check in and pay my copay prior to arriving at the office. If you’re looking for a primary doctor, this is a great doctor and practice.

She is pleasant but comes off as insincere. I felt she was dismissive. Exam was deficient in many ways. In the end I felt like I had been boxed and shipped. Check. Next. Probably ok if you are coming for wellness stuff but seemed annoyed with chronic health issues.

Good first impression with the doctor.
The receptionist didn’t have to talk loudly to the nurse that I was 6 mins late and whether they could still see me for my appt even though I had already completed my paperwork online before appt date.
This was my first time finding the location and I got lost. Usually we wait more than 6 mins in the waiting room and when waiting on doctor’s in examination rooms. Not a good first impression of receptionist.

Dr. Fenlon is extremely friendly and genuine. You can tell her everything and anything and she will listen intently without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was really helpful about every problem that I had and addressed them all respectfully. She’s not there to point fingers or make you feel like anything is your fault, she’s there to help and guide you. Best physical I ever had. Front desk reception could be a tad bit friendlier upon walk-in. Other than that, great doctors visit.

As someone who went into my appointment a bit nervous, every worry was put at ease shortly after it began. My entire experience was great. My wait time was minimal, the office staff were all very polite and patient. Dr. Fenlon was wonderful, she really took the time to listen to my concerns. I really loved that we connected on a somewhat mutual topic. I’ll actially be looking forward to my return visit.
