I had a great experience! I had a video apt and she was able to quickly review my issue and prescribe me a Rx. The Rx she suggested cleared my skin issue right up. Honestly amazing that she was able to diagnose and solve my issue in <10 mins via video! Great experience.

These zoom calls are super tricky and especially a doctors visit. Dr. Kazantsev was late but explained why. I appreciate honesty more than anything. After apologizing for being late she focused in on me. I liked her right off the bat. She had a diagnosis for me after seeing my condition, prescribed a medication after going over instruction. Lastly she made herself available to me moving forward if my condition got worse .

I know I made a right choice for my son’s to see this doctor, although I wasn’t there during my son’s consultation. When my son gave me an update about his visit she’s very professional and knowledgeable. I already made an appointment with one of the biggest dermatology clinic here in Illini but when they scheduled us to see the NP on out first visit I cancelled our appointments and choose to see her instead. I’m a nurse I knew if the doctor is good or bad. I just followed my instinct. I just want the best for my kids.

Dr. Kazantsev has a great bedside manner and really took the time to listen to my skin care concerns. Even in the age of Covid, she took the time to examine me throughly. After her examination, she made sure I understood her diagnosis and treatment plan. I never felt rushed through my appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend her to new patients.

She is very nice and polite. I like how Dr. Kazantsev explains things. The reason Ididn't get seen was that I made clerical errors on my phone by forgetting to fill out the questionnaire, it was very involved and took me a half hour at home and another 20 to finish it in the parking lot.

Stephanie made me feel very comfortable in my semi nude state. We laughed that people who are modest probably don't go to dermatologists. I was very surprised that she had actually read my chart before she came into the office because she knew where my mole removal's were and everything about me. I rarely find a Doctor That has read my chart before they come in the office. She's a keeper and I'll be back every year for my check.
