The doctor is great. The appointment scheduling system through zocdoc/my chart did not work. My apartment was not on the doctor’s calendar even though it was confirmed. That caused a lot of confusion and frustration because the front desk person kept faulting me for not being on the calendar even though I showed her my calendar entry from zocdoc. She kept telling me that they had sent an email to patients saying not to use the online system, which is dumb given how much they insist on patients using mychart. Definitely not a good experience. Because of that I don’t recommend using zocdoc to schedule an appointment with this doctor and I’d be concerned about using it for other physicians. They ended up squeezing me in and I was eventually seen without too much delay.
