Lovely staff, office is nice, upscale. Dr McNamara is friendly, super thorough and promptly removed a mole for biopsy with complete, painless precision. Will return and highly recommend Dr McNamara to anyone. The practice is inside Mercy Hospital campus, so get there a couple minutes early to park in the visitor garage (there is valet right outside the office as well).

Although the doctor had good manners and seem knowledgeable, even with insurance it was extremely expensive. I have visited other dermatologists and they do not charge so much.

Terrible waited in cold for over hour. The doctor only saw me for less than 15 minutes and refused to do 10 minutes of treatment in the same appointment. No medicine, giving a Dove body wash sample, and recommend it for sensitive skin. Total waste of time and money.

Waited 70 mins… then was seated in office.. waited another 15…. Turns out the front desk FORGOT I was there, even though I was seated in front of them the entire time…. Only when I finally said something 70 min later did the wheels start moving. Btw. They never apologized. Instead, doubled down on being rude and gaslighting. Terrible terrible.
DR was professional and apologetic - as was the DR assistant.

I had a great experience with Dr. McNamara. The office is very nice, clean, and organized. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was seamless. I waited a few minutes to be seen by the doctor, but Dr. McNamara seemed very knowledgeable. She was attentive to my condition, and overall, it was a great experience, will go here for other dermatologist needs.

Dr. McNamara was not rushed in my exam, clearly communicated to me about what I needed to do going forward and was pleasant/helpful. This office visit was a pleasant surprise. I was concerned about a leg sore that would not heal. Doctor McNamara was very informative and put my mind at ease. She was very gentle with the treatment and the bandaging. Her assistant (Joey) was very helpful with the computer questions about my medications. I will definitely see her again. Before I left the office I made an appointment for next month. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends .
