Dr. Mandy believes that one of the most rewarding aspects of practicing medicine is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients. He finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve healthier skin and improved quality of life and considers a happy, dedicated patient to be one of the profession’s greatest rewards. Originally from the Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. area, Dr. Mandy has called Florida home for more than 50 years. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held numerous leadership roles within organized dermatology, including serving as President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and President of the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Dermatology and has received national recognition for his outstanding contributions and service to the specialty.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mandy enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and Pilates and spending time in his home art studio. He also has a passion for travel, adventure, painting, fine dining, and wine collecting. Above all, he values time spent with family and is the proud father of a talented daughter.
