I had a great experience with Dr. Ong. He took time to talk through my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. He was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I had a pre-conceived idea about the nature of my medical issue which was incorrect, and he was courteous and patient in helping me understand what was really going on. I've had a lot of negative experiences with doctors and am really impressed with Dr. Ong's professionalism and skill. The office staff were also very helpful and responsive.

He's a great doctor, listens, charismatic and professional. The wait time for the office was bad though. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen because their systems were down. Otherwise, good experience.

Very modern office, not crowded at all, very professional staff, and Dr. Ong was super engaged and took plenty of time to talk with me, with none of the arrogance that one sometimes gets out of physicians. It was a really easy and pleasant experience. Dr. Ong seemed knowledgable and attentive. I will definitely be returning.

Decided to try a new PCP and don’t regret it!! Dr. Ong spoke with me longer than my previous PCP did in the my past two years combined. Best decision.

I love this doctor. I’m quite nervous at all my appointments but I felt 100% comfortable! The nurses were great as well. I will keep this practice as my PCP.

I feel that this doctor is knowledgeable and efficient. Am intimidated by having to do a lot all at once, though, with regard to my health. It is always a factor that not many clinicians believe I have autism, whereas the last provider stated it in my records. I hope I can continue to take the only medication that helps to eliminate the strife caused by lack of awareness, since it actually helps me the most.
