Dr. Pearce fully explained the problem and what should be done to alleviate my shoulder pain. He seems very kind and appears to have the best interests of his patients in mind.

Dr. Pearce and his staff listened to my concerns, presented options and were very specific with their assessment of my problem. We opted for a cortisone shot for the inflammation (my first). Hurt a bit yesterday but seems to be better today. Resting it for a few weeks, as much as possible, and will see Dr. Pearce in a month for follow-up.

I could hear them discussing my hand outside rather loudly. Before he saw my hand, he already said it wasn't a fracture but when he saw me he said it was an old fracture that healed.
