Reception staff were great about getting me in and setting up an wat.for my son...Dr.s was great..felt very comfortable.The woman ordering glasses seemed to be having a lot of personal stuff going on so will be coming back in to order glasses

Dr. Phillips attended the University of Tampa and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. He also attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry for additional training in advanced ocular therapeutic and diagnostics. Dr. Phillips is a former President of the Florida Optometric Association and has been named as Florida Optometrist of the Year. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association and Lake Region Optometric Society. Dr. Phillips founded the Practice in 1977.
