“My appointment with the eye doc herself was a great experience. She was professional, kind, and took the time to communicate clearly and make sure all of my needs were addressed. I never felt rushed, and she made the whole process easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor.
The office staff was a completely different experience. The woman handling the “sales” portion came across like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. She was noticeably rude, not welcoming at all, and seemed irritated from the moment I sat down. It made what should have been a simple process feel uncomfortable and awkward.
The front desk staff was fine. Friendly and the usual experience I would expect.
Overall, the doctor is excellent, but the experience with certain staff members could definitely use some improvement.”

“This was probably the most painless eye appointment I’ve ever been to! The tech who did the initial tests was super nice, and I was shocked at how I barely felt the pressure test with the handheld device! (Thank goodness no more puffs of air or large contraptions to poke my eye!) Dr. Lessard was amazing, walking me through every step with a cheery voice. I was also impressed with how easily she got the dilation eyedrops in, since usually my reflexes make it difficult. I think the only negative was how the front office staff was a bit pushy trying to get me to purchase glasses, but I imagine they get a commission for it so suppose I can’t blame them for being persistent. Overall I’d highly recommend going here since I’ve been seeing eye doctors all my life and this one was by far the best!”

I would definitely recommend My eye Dr. for your Ophthalmic needs . I recently visited the office to use up my eyeglass benefits before the end of year expiration and it was a great experience . Eye exam process was thorough, Location is convenient , office is clean , staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the optometrist Dr Madison is awesome . They have a good selection of eyeglass styles and brands making this my new go to for eyeglasses.

As I walked in, I had asked the nearest employee that I was there for an appointment because I didn’t know where to go since it was my first visit. She rudely kind of waved her hand in the general direction of the front desk so I went to the front desk and the receptionist took my information explained the questions and signatures on the paperwork I didn’t know if she just dealt with some people that didn’t get the idea of paperwork, but her tone was rude and while I was waiting, she insisted I look for frames although I was there to get my prescription updated and a new order of contacts they should have known this since I put this on my notes when I booked the appointment but I figured they probably overlooked it. Just to please the receptionist I got up and started kind of looking around even though I wasn’t going to purchase any frames because I get them somewhere else extremely cheap. I don’t know if she had a bad day or maybe she’s not aware of how her tone sounds.

Dr. Lessard-Latreille was so kind and I could tell that she cared when taking care of me. She made sure that I understood everything that was going on and was taken care effectively. The entirety of the office staff (Katia and Heather) were great and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable.
