Dr Stephen is super friendly, his staff on the other hand tend to be rude, i was ignored when I first arrived, I made eye contact with two of them yet I could hear them talking about going out the night before, I was early but by the time one of the secretaries came out of their back office she told me I was late and typically they don’t see people who are late & they charge a fee. I said to her I was early & pointed at their camera & asked to see the footage of me arriving 15 mins before my appointment, she told me they were going to let that slide but next time they will charge me a cancelation fee.
At the end of my appointment they saw me & still they all ran to their little back office, had to wait 15 mins to speak to somebody in order to pay.
If it wasn’t for the doctor I would’ve left. Probably not booking with them again.

My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge
I got a call an hr & a half before my appointment to tell me they moved it to a different time and day. I took time off work to go to this appointment & they acted like they were doing me a favor to even try to squeeze me in some other location that is 30 mins away which is not what I wanted.
I’m going to be looking for a new doctor. The staff in this office is rude & extremely unprofessional.

Extraordinarily fun and engaging, he also took the time to explain what he was doing fully, AND he was helpful in giving advice about how to take care of my eyes now so as to avoid later strain. As I have fibromyalgia, I was nervous, but the lighting was mild, everyone was very calm and fun to chat with through the whole process, and especially for such a small office, I felt like I was getting the best of the best as eye care goes.
