About Dr. Michael Ray
Michael Ray, O.D., earned his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University Forest Grove Campus in 2010. He completed his undergraduate studies, earning a bachelor's degree, at Arizona State University in 2006. He believes vision is the best gift you can give anyone, and that belief inspired him to become an optometrist. Dr. Ray's mentor explained that vision is more than simply eyesight-it encompasses our ability to dream, imagine, visualize, and then create a better life and world around us. Dr. Ray enjoys helping his patients see clearly and improve their lives. To him, his patients maintaining healthy eyecare and happy eyes is the biggest reward.

This was without a doubt the most friendly and professional experience I have ever experienced at an eye care appointment. The staff are all very help full and go out of their way to make you feel welcome in a way that made me feel genuinely like a friend rather than only a professional manner. This was the best optometrist appointment I’ve ever had. I’m so impressed by how great I felt leaving the office- from reception to check out, I just thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it was something I was truly dreading because I have some fears regarding my eyesight and some family history. Can’t recommend them enough and I’ve been going to ABBA for a long time. A sincere thank you to the whole office for being so great.
